Mr Goik Kenzin successfully litigated numerous high profile civil cases at Supreme and Federal Court. In his 16 years as litigation solicitor, Mr Goik Kenzin has had the distinction of appearing and advocates before the Lord President of Supreme Court and The Chief Justice of Federal Court to argue complex cases. Successfully represented a Malaysian client against Sin Heap Lee Berhad, a large and diversified Malaysian developer and Marubeni Corporation, a major Japanese integrated trading and investment business conglomerate firm for damages in the millions due to nuisance and trespass dispute at the Federal Court.
Successfully represented a diversified developer in a joint-venture contractual dispute on development land in Johor Bahru with transaction valued at RM 70 million.
Successfully represented a boutique developer in a sales and purchase contractual dispute of land at the Federal Court. Business transaction valued in excess of RM 10 million.
